CB Radio - Need help finding parts? - cb parts

Hello I recently found my old CB radio Midland. Their model 13-867 and I need a power adapter, a microphone and an antenna connection. Do you know where any of these persons? Anyonline I do not know, and I wondered if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks
